My stay at the hotel was delightful. The room was well-prepared with the TV on and warm cookies waiting, and the bath was great. However, there was a significant issue with the water heating system that day. Despite the noise from the reception area on the 1st floor, the room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated.
